Rates for teaching enlish as a sideline

Hi there, I want to ask if how much here in Qatar is the rate for teaching english on a part-time basis? Do you think they are also interested in online english tutorials?

A native speaker can charge 250 to 300QR per hour. There are a lot of tutors who are Arabic with English as a second language. They charge less, I think 100 to 150 per hour. I have no experience with on line tutoring.
