Free cinema ticket for Qtel customers

You may be aware about the offer from qtel, where you send an sms to 92000 with word "cinema" and you get a message saying that you show this text sms to Royal Plaza / Mall cinema / Landmark on all days except Thursday, Friday and Saturday... I did this and went to Royal Plaza on Monday to watch the Hindi movie Jab Thak He Jaan 9.00 pm show and the girl at counter simply refused saying that this is not possible due to some technical issues. Not just me but there were many who were screwed up. I had to pay 140 QR for four people where as there offer was to pay only 70.00 riyals for four tickets. I called Qtel but they just said sorry and promised to get back but nothing happened so far.
Guess offer does not apply on premium movies?

Be thankful when you get it, and pay the the full price when not available.

I was there on Sunday to watch twilight, when I was talking to the lady at the counter the manager was standing right next to her when he told me the offer is still valid from Qtel whenever we sent a msg "Film" to 92000 then they with sms voucher free ticket. but the offer has stopped temporary from the above mentioned cinemas.
agree with Lionel_akbar, the offer was valid for any kind of ticket.
First of all who told u that d offer is only for tkt tht costs 20 n not more than tht n not for 3D. If u dont know anything do not give wrong advise to anyone smarty! Coz i had seen a 3D movie for tht offer. The offer was there for quite sometime but i guess they must ve stopped it or some good explaination must be there. I too went to see the same movie but there was already a notice there saying no Q Tel offer, so did not bother to ask.
The offer is only valid for tickets that costs QR20. Its not for 3D and not for any tickets above QR20.
As long as you enjoyed. Money is nothing...Just have fun and enjoy...
After all its not worth complaining....U got to build a bridge and get over it.
