Good to see u here.... Longtime Honey :)

T c m - I bake bread at home and I use I Stanton yeast... I use 4 cup of APF + butter+ milk +water+ sugar+ Salt... Soak two t spoon instant yeast in lukewarm water for ten minutes and melt the butter in milk boil for 5-6 minutes than knead APF with milk water yeast and sugar in the last add salt too... Now knead it loose sticky base type and knead it for full 10 minutes... Than cover the dough with wet towel and keep it in dark place to rise as double... Two hours.. Than knead it again for ten minutes and make loaf and place in loaf pan and let it rise for a other 49 minutes ... Now puncture it few places with a toothpick. Now bake it dr 35 minutes in a reheated oven at 180 c temp. But keep checking it in between.. If the loaf makes Halle sound on taping than it is ready... Cool it for two hours and slice later on :)

T CM pls advice where can I get cooling rack and pizza stone here in Qatar and how much it will cost to me :)

Next time use sour dough instead of yeast, gives good taste to bread.

CA That's a misconceptions. I do both and most here can vouch for my BBQ skills. Non can resist my mouth watering juicy BBQ.
