Does Qatar Labour Court Handle This type of case? Plz Help me
I am a female living in Qatar on Fathers Sponsorship. I have started working in a company in Sept as an Admin. That was a small private Company. The manager was on Visit Visa. The manager does not have RP till now.
I got the salary for the first month which was QR.1500 for three weeks. My Salary was 2000 for the first month. They said that they will increase my Salary after one month, but they did not pay me for the second month and the manager left to India when i came back after Eid holidays. That was shocking for me. I am still waiting for my Salary. I tried to contact my Manager but he does not answer my calls. I am not going office from Last two weeks because they are not paying me my salary.
I have asked them for my contract but they did not give me any contract to sign. They said that they will give me later but they did not.
Will Qatar Labour court help me in this regard???? I am very worried.

I do not have any contract but i do have a picture of my salary receipt. That receipt is an evidence that I was an employee of that Recruitment Company. It provides different types of Visas and NOC.

Thats really sad, but as now u must have realized , if they r not even strong enough to get RP for manager , thy wont pay u either.
If you dont have a contract copy, i think labour department wont be able to help you, but they must have given you or send you any letter or email for joining the organization, if u have a copy of it , then labour dept might help you .
but if you can send me your CV , that will be good
You don't have the contract so how you can prove that ?!!! but you can ask the labour court !! IT IS FREE TO ASK !!
Forget about it. Move on. You learned your lesson. Look for a reputable company to work with. Good Luck.
it is not a professional firm....forget it look out for a new job and name & shame that company...
