My Sponsor happens to change the terms of the contract upon my arrival in Qatar (From working hours, accomodation, salary). I know i have the chance to return to my country but i wish to stay and work for another better sponsor. What can i do? Please help!

Bridge or breach? I think you mean Breach of Contract.

What is your status of your residence permit?

Did you finish your medical tests and finger prints etc?
