Non payment of salary

What redress do I have if I have not been paid my salary can I go to the Labour Dept? can I also ask for an NOC and end of term graduaty? Do they have to give it to me as they have broken a labour law? Any help would be much apprieciated. Thanks

No they missed before, but I believe the company is going to the wall now.

If they delayed your salary its not problem if they didnt paid more 3-4 months then the court will take action.Otherwise they can easily say some reason to get escape.

Is it first time they delayed your salary?

May be it is because of the absence of someone who is authorized to sign the for bank transfers.
