Is is possible to apply Family Visa for Children from wife?
Dear All, I really need your advices..
I will marry with armalah(widow caused by husband death). She has 4 children, the oldest one is 7 years old, its mean they will be my responsibility, and my children too.
My company covered children education up to 4 kids. But I ask one man in HR, he said they will not give facility to the "children from wife" and they will refuse to give reference letter to apply Family Visa for those kids.
As I know there is no written procedure also regarding children from wife, they write only "dependent kids".
I just want to bring them here and stay together. It will be no problem for me to pay their school from my own pocket.
But, Could I apply Family Visa as RP for those kids?

Why not talk to the highest person in charge in your HR, he surely knows the answer.
As long as your company provides you with a NOC to sponsor the kids, your problem is already half-solved. The other half will be the approval from the immigration office.
