good day to everyone, this is my first time here in QL, I have a question regarding my application in Qatar, I received a offer from company A which I accept and give all the necessary documents needed to process my application unfortunately after 8 mos. company A wasn't able to deploy me to Qatar, because of that I told to my agency that I have to back out and look for a better chance to other agency which luckily I have with company B, the problem occur when company B told me that company A had issued a working visa that will expire on March 2013, unless it is cancelled and company A issued a NOC to me, they will not be able to process my visa for them (company B), and according to my first agency company A is no longer interested on me, is there a possible solution for this problem because company B is deploying personnel to Qatar urgently and it dangers my slot please help I was totally confused and bankrupt already, and I do not have a ways to contact company A only my first agency is our connection..... thanks a lot

I had to wait for one year pass before to transfer to company B. So you too should wait till March 2013.Or if company A agress you could be employed with company A with company B`s visa till march 2013.

Unless company A issue u an NOC,there is no way you can work for company B till 2 years are over. I suggest you contact company A via email(hopefully they will respond) and inform them your situation.

If u know somebody in Qatar,he/she can help you negotiate wth company A on your behalf for NOC.

All the best

Ask your Agent to settle the issues with Company A.
