if the company will tell to me that they are not going to renew my visa do i need to sign a termination paper instead of end of contract? are they going to cancel my visa? and how long do i need to wait to go back in qatar?

pls. share your knowledge in order to settle my problem.

if they will not provide a NOC do i have a rights to go to the labour as i am local hired and 4 years in service.

You can ask them for NOC if there is no valid reason why they are terminating the contract settle it to them in a very nice way.good luck
