This rule exists in only one company - DHC ,i.e.apollo clinic--am I right?
Surprising, all employees are well educated, but working as labours!!!
first you please check your company laws of duties then only you can check about Qatar labour law and my best of knowledge basic salary will not be cut if its approved leave
DreamTeam how they accept you to work with Them ?
You are Under 18 :D
advantage to company no salary to be paid, house rent also reduced ,and another policy is no paid annual leave . if u take annual leave no salary for the month. so always only 11 month salary in a year. lot of advantage .
there is no such provision in the labour law...and it is available to read online...it won't take your more than 2 hours to go through it all
Qatar’s labor law states that you can split your annual leave into max of two times.
So for example if you got 20 days you can have 10-10 or 1-19.
what kind of a rule is that??? If a person wants to take leave he can take one day casual or sick. The company cannot force him to take 6 more days (it's other way around wr I work..If I ask for 07 days they will give me 01 day).
If the person has not gone on leave for a long time company might force him to go on compulsory leave (which rarely happens in qatar...lol) but thats also paid leave.
It doesn't have to be in the labour law! The sponsors of the labour law never even thought that someone would even agree or believe to that company rule (your company rule).
