I bought some stuff from their site by credit card, well it seems that they are well coordinated as whenever you contact them all they tell you is to wait for 10-14 days more, each and everytime is the same old story, why then are they accepting orders from Qatar while they know they have problems with customs??

Im sure many people including me have been scammed off our hard earned money by this so called online shopping site, before, it was a good company but now all shipments to Qatar have a problem with customs thats according to what their customer care says...

Please be informed early enough as you too will loose your money!!

Im sure that there is a way we can get our money back...

I learned about the company through Qatar Living and it should start with Qatar Living to stop all Advertisements from these scammers.

if you are regularly checking your account in MarkaVIP site, go to my account and see the status of your orders, if it says shipped click on your order number and you will have can see 3 pages like Order information / Invoices and Shipment. Click on Shipment and you will see a tracking number for ARAMEX and track it on their website. For me my shipment was in Qatar for 2 Weeks because ARAMEX could not delivery due to heavy load from Customs backlog, so i kept calling them everyday till they delivered to me.

So yeah .. check it out !

I got mine last week it was delayed for 1 month qatar custom issue. be patient somebody from aramex will call you one of this days.

once you place their order they will confirm that delivery will be from 21-30 days.

i have ordered 3 times and got all of them without any fuss, i had a delay for the 2nd shipment but it was ok, and products are good as per their site. i have no complaints.

mail them and they will reply to you within 24 hours .. so just follow up.
