Me working in a company for 4 years and 5 months. Now i am resigning from that company. Me eligible for gratuity from that company ???what the Qatar law for this

You will be paid 21 days per year of service. You will be eligible on your repatriation, laid-off or when your contract ends. Provided that the employer did not find any incriminating case or fault during your service.
