i reported this and they told me they will get me back my balance in case of mistake from their side.

but i face some Problem last nyt, i mean No coverge for 1 hour,
i have postpaid from voda.... everething was ok last time i checked.
Try to gather as many people as possible with the same problem and then go to them. Otherwise they'll just ignore.
