House rent and relocating
I have signed agreement with the landloard of mine last november which also states the contract period is renewable by itself if either party does not have any objection in continuing , but now they send an official mail to me stating that my rent will be increased and if i do not wish to pay the renewed rent i may not be able to continue in the premises after october this year
but no such statement was mentioned in my contract that they can terminate my contract if i do not pay the changes in the rent i was very particular about this when i signed the contract with them last year because i had similar stuation with my previous landloard also , really reshifting is an hassle for me is there any chance for me to hang on with the same rents

how many percent does the landlord increase in your rent? practically he can do it under 10%.
plus any suggetion wether i can find any 1 bhk accomadation for 2800 in ain khalid area
