Friends,

I want to take accommodation 1 BHK in EZDAN, wakra. I heard that there are so many villas like 21, 22, 23 etc. and the cost for 1 BHK is 3200, after getting 1 month discount, it will be 2950. Please advice me which is the best area (21, 22 or any - which is better to reach main city easily) and any chance to get 1 BHK for less than 2950.

i went there 21 and 22 the guy who is in-charge told, simply don't have anything empty.waste of time.(i heard if give some gift then u may have....)

My friend and I went to Ezdan 21-24. All 1 BHK rented out. And now there is a rule stating the houses that are rented must be family, no bachelor is allowed. A less educated rule I would say.
