is there any rule of law here in qatar that a worker can obtain no objection certificate if he/she can finished or resigned after 5 years and 9 months of service in the company? and what is the computation of gratuity? is it 21 days per year or 30 days?

No objection Certificate is the sole discretion of the employer. Yes Grauity is calculated 21 days per year provide you complete minimum of 1 year of your service.
