Hi Everyone,
I have been employed in a private firm for 25 years and they sacked me saying that no more required and I got a job offer with in the notice period n i request for noc they told me go back to your home country and forward the copy of exit stamp n offer letter from the employer to HR But now they refused to provide noc.

could you pls advice I have any way that I can get NOC.

what is the company name...it deserve to be revealed i guess, after 25 Y they are acting as...

Any way, NOC still barrier for many staff and corporates as well, who is the looser, i guess, its the country it self, lets discuss..

So bad...25 years? That is a long time man.. Maybe just wait for the new law... or u can go to labour if u want. But i guess u have a lot of money bcoz of ur gratuity so maybe just take som rest first and think over ur options.
