I want to apply for my wife visit visa. So what is this House Contract actually, and how is it obtained. I am planning to take a villa partition. Can anyone guide me. When I inquired with my friends, they said no need house contract, they got the visa without house contract. Is this the new rule and when did it get implemented.

yeah, you just check on that partition whether you can get kahrama under your name, and check proper land lord details and company CR and Computer card is okay or not, once you got the agreement you register with Baladhiya, than you can star the visa process's and also remind the company NOC must i mean the which real estate company you dealing the same!
