I know someone who has a one bed flat in Doha Jadeeda for 4500, but they have been there for more than a year and rents have gone up since then.... As far as I know, areas like Doha Jadeeda, Najma, Mansoura, Old Airport, Thumama and Abu Hamour have some of the cheaper accommodation inside Doha (so basically South / South East / East side of the city). There are lots of property websites - search 'Doha accommodation for rent' on google, go to one of the websites and try searching in the areas I mentioned. Or yeah mhabbasi is right - Ezdan do very reasonably priced stuff in Wakra - but Wakra is a small town just outside of Doha.
I think Wakra is the best location there is many apartment of EZDAN numbers start from 5 to ....56 like ….I don’t know numbers I hope there is many single studio type apartment full furnish will be approx 3200 QR/Month/-+ including Elect + water ......
