POLICE CLEARANCE

Hello everyone! I would like to ask for your help. I am currently on husband visa. All the requirements need was submitted to Police Department and I got my police clearance last august and submitted it to Supreme Council of Health.. My employer wants me to get a labor card, unfortunately, one of the requirement is police clearance again.. I would like to know if I will get again NBI clearance or requirements needed from my home country before going to police department here in Qatar?
