Request for sudden or surprise labor inspection from the Ministry of Labor?
Has anyone here experienced calling or e-mailing the Labor Inspection department of the Ministry of Labor to conduct a surprise labor inspection in an establishment to investigate on violations? Will they accommodate this request? Please share your experience or thoughts on this.
go with some proofs to ministry of labor for surprised inspection.
mostly i have seen many school also not granting room for rest to their office worker who works as a cleaner,head cleaner,supervisor,office girls,..
there mostly happening in Al-khor and Al wakair or wakra like this place,as here no possibilities of police or minsitry of labors to inspect.
Labour has their own plan when or where they will do their inspection. only if theres any complain about the said establishment. in written and personal. and there must be a ground(reason) for the request and must be with evidence. no not anyone can just tell them to do that.
