Anybody here can help me, how much it will cost me if i'll renew my car istimara?

if yours is a new car and model after 2010 you don't have to bring the car, renew it directly, you can even contact your dealer, mine dealer helps me for all such things he not only gets it renewed but also got me new plates

My car istimara will expire this coming Dec. shall i bring it? or i can renew it 1 month bafore?
