Nocturnal baby? Well, then those may be the best working hours for you then, fling, where you will work at your optimum level.

Practical advantages - not many guests will be disturbing you as they'd be zzzz most of your night shift. And you can be free to meet up with family or friends any time during the day, before or after your snooze time.

However, your question is whether the schedule is ok for your health - most probably not, but a medical practitioner would be better able to advise. Since you are young, you probably won't feel the effects now but perhaps it's not a good idea to take the night shift long term.

"Less commonly known are some of the other well-established functions of melatonin. It has strong antioxidant effects, helping us to battle the daily wear and tear effects of free-radicals and thereby slow cellular aging..."

Be sweet with that Morrocan to interchange shifts when you need.

As long as your accommodation will allow you to rest properly and get the required sleep following your shift, you should be fine, in my non medical opinion.
