Family Visa Requirements ?

Hi all, is tenancy agreement required in applying for a family visa? If yes, does your tenancy contract need to be in effect for 6 months already before you can apply for your wife and child's Family Visa? Or it only applies in your bank account?

I am from armed force(civilian).I am an engineer by profession.I just submit the Following: Application form,marriage cert.,birth cert., diploma and Transcript.passport copy, salary cert.,employment cert., and the Letter form the company. if you have the house already, tell you admin to include in the letter the company will be providing the accommodation. Do submit the application and you will know if you gonna get visa for your. I did not submit all requirements that was mention above, and my salary is below 10000, but I was able to get the visa just last week. Maybe because I am a government employee. But there is no harm in trying even when you are a private employee.

my wife is with me on visit visa but i fear a change in family visa law. it is sure that i have to wait for six month ? any chance to increase the salary requirement by govt. ?

its 10,000....dont wait for 6 mnths long..when u get i mnth bank statement...call ur wife on visit visa...after 5mnths apply for family visa..ur wife does not need 2 go back..all d best
