The State of Qatar has decided on certain parameters for allowing employed foreign nationals to bring in there families. The purpose is to ensure a decent standard of living for the expatriate. That is why your designation and salary are major deciding factors in allowing a foreign national employed in Qatar to bring in his family. Hope this helps!
