Dear All,

Need you help againg guys...

I m asking this information because we dont have mandop with us.. Very urgent needed.

We have one staff(Japanese)Who left the country along with his family on MArch/2012 We didnt cancel his visa(Planned cancel after 6 months bcoz he was in CR signature) in last month he came to Qatar but at the airport he try pay money to get On Arrival Visa for Japanese passport they said no need to pay becoz his RP is Valid.he Entered the country & exited(Bcoz of Multiple Exit permit)

I tried to Login in Smart card for cancel but not possible. What is the next option avilable for us.

He will come in the next month again for one day to doha for a meeting Can we cancel.What are the procedure, Documents needed. how many days needed.?????Do we have carry the orginal Passport.

Can we cancel his visa first Then his Family. Can we cancel his family because they gone out qatar and they wont come back.

i tried to cancel it online using Smart card but it says..Person has sponsored another people means. family but his family visa al;ready expired in April 2012.
