Need some guide from PRO (MANDOOB) here

I have my own company with PRO services provided by my sponsor. 3 Months ago, I paid all the money in regards of renewal of my CR, Computer Card, Baladiya and certificate of Chamber of Commerce. Now only my CR has been renewed. According to my PRO, he is saying that Computer Card, Chamber of Commerce Cert. will only be renewed after the renewal of Baladiya License. For this, Civil Defence (Fire Prevention Dept) officials will visit my office to inspect the Safety like Fire Alarm & Fighting System.(Implemented after Villagio Fire) After their approval, my Baladiya will be renewed and then Computer Card and Chamber of Commerce will be renewed. I need to ask some PROs here if this info is correct as I am suffering form the last 3 Months. Your guidance shall be very helpful for me. And please be honest to my question. Thanks

Mr. SHAJI, one of my friend's PRO is saying that CR, Computer Card & Chamber of Commerce can be renewed without the inspection of Fire Prevention Dept. Like renew all the above and after that go for Fire Inspection for Baladiya Licence Renewal...IS IT SO? or I have to wait for the inspection.??
