how can there not be motorbikes in qatar when they have a branch for harley davidson?? :O
Most of the year, it's too hot to ride anything without a roof and an A/C.
You may join a Motor Bikes club, and ride for pleasure in the evening, but as mentioned earlier, not much places to ride in/to either.
Driving depends on how the way you drive. if you are careful on road you do not have to worry or fear about others how they drive.

Yes there are motorbikes and a lot of them too! My coach at the gym has a group of friends and they ride almost weekly! The thing is its boring to ride in Qatar because there is nowhere to go + its all straight roads and highways!! And like any other country you should be careful when on the road!
