My wife got residence visa while she is living in Qatar under visit visa. But still we did not transfer her visit visa to residence visa (By paying 500 as transfer fee) since we suppose to go to home country within next week.

My question is can she come back again using that residence visa?

I think the question is kind of confusing.. Are you saying that she does not have a residence permit yet?

Yesss, you can but please do not transfer to residence, just go as in visit visa, and come back in residence visa,
