Apple Ipad Net Connection Through Q-Tel Sim

Recently I purchased an Apple IPad and insert the Q-Tel internet sim into it (after cutting the sim) for getting access to the internet. Its showing Q-Tel signals but internet is not working. Anyone from QL experienced the same problem? How can i get it solved? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Go to Qtel they will solve it. looks like setup issues.
Sim which i am using now is the one which i was using in internet USB modem. While purchasing the Ipad i checked with them whether the same sim will work or not. They said it will. Tried the sim in other Ipad brands. It works well. Don’t know why? Where shall i go to check this? Apple service center or Q-Tel Office? Any ideas or suggestions?
What type of Sim card package you subscribed?
Go to any Qtel outlet and ask for data Sim without voice and inform them you need for Ipad.
go to settings>cellular data>turn on the cellular data and data roaming after doing it and still not working choose APN and write gprs.qtel on the box and restart your ipad.
