Design Engineer Fair Package

Hi All,
I'm a road design engineer with 7 years experience in highways design engineering with large international company.
I got offer as follow
12,000 QR Basic salary
8,000 QR Allowance
and I'm married and I've a kid
could you please advise is this enough? and if not,what shall I ask for?and what is the expected saving from this offer?

1-Accomodation

2-Transport

3-Fly Tickets

4-Family Insurance
