If staying more than Six months outside after the exit from Qatar

Would you pls. advice about Qatar rules about possibility of re-entry of family (including children)if they are staying more than six months out of Qatar. They have valid visa and suppose to stay almost one year in native country.
Earlier it was if we submitting application with fee of Qrs. 520/- it was approving. Now a days I heard that law not existing. If anybody know about it, pls. give your valuable advice.Regards..

after six months they will charge 200 QR per day..
