Advice me urgent about black list name

I need a serious advice for my friend , she is french and now married with a qatari.
8 years ago before married she got a problem and been deported (she was on VISIST VISA) , the CID didnt take any finger print, no stamp in her passport , no scan eyes , even no picture of her when they decided to deported her.she travelled all GCC without problems.
her case is a minor case(she was in relation with her boyfriend and by jalousy someone complain to the CID where they caught them in the afternoon going to lunch...really she didnt make a trouble front of the pubic eyes, she was young and didnt know as our rule its not alwoed to be with someone that is not your hasband..)
anyway now she is married under the Qatari law front of the Qatari court but when her husband applied to sponsor her , first they approved the request then 3 working days after the immigration said that they is a problem in the application and he should go to the deportation department to see what going on..when he go there he find only her name there, but strange because because she wasn't in jail only 2 days in the police station then they deported her. Now how to clear that case? that happen 8 years ago, how to take out her name? she is not black list in the immigration ,not in the police station only in the deported department...she is in qatar she enter normally. What is the SOLUTION ??

She already in Qatar ? Qatari low and Qatar court . How she got visa if she already ban ... And this case there is something fishy .the husband don't want her to be here ...

no she had an relation before 8 years ago but its done fron long time ago now she is married and when she went to make her resident paper they find that old case.

didnt undestand.. what u mean she married a qatari and she was in a relation with her boyfreind.... @@@@...?? u mean her husband & her boyfreind is two diiferent pplz then who else will jealous except her husband...? look dear she is in qatar and married to a qatari so she should to obey Qatar & Qatari rules.. being with boyfreind after marriage is dangerous for she & her visa.. in this case i think her husband is the one who dont want to settle down her problems.. she need to talk to him...

I find your statement very strange, she is married to a Qatari and yet this guy is unable to fix the problem.

Why to remove her from the LIST, by default her name must have taken out from the list,
as this happened 8 years back. Let her apply for visa now.
