Want an ADVICE from QLers....

Two months before I joined a company as a trainee...but after few weeks they terminated me from the job saying becoz of their busy schedule they dont have time to train me. but till now they didn't pay me for the three weeks I worked there. I contacted them every month and every month they said they will pay but till now i didn't get my salary.what is the action to be taken against them?
