Any News about the signing of this,So we can transfer to other company , is it true that after 2 year in 1 company you can transfer to other company with out NOC specially if your Visa is Engineer or Doctor Etc ???

Bored with this subject - its not going to happen - why should it?? What is the motivation?? Qatar is ALL about control and this frees the "shackles" - not part of the bigger picture - but allow the "rumour' to perculate - it keeps the people optimistic...............
