Just for your info about Family Visa.

I am going to share my experience of getting family visa. First time I applied for visit visa since I did not have six month bank statements. At that time (Oct 2011), it was easily approved 1st attempt. After my wife came here underwent medical and the visa was extended after two months and so on. Meantime, I applied for Residence visa with five months bank statements and at the counter, application was rejected asking 6 month statements. Then I went with it and again at the counter asked for tenancy contract with Baladiya stamp. For that I was struggled since I took a studio in a Villa. The owner refused to help me at all. I was trying with outside people who were doing Visa work and they asked for Qr. 3000, 5000 etc. After that, again I applied without Baladiya stamped Tenancy contract and they accepted. After 3 days, website showed rejected. Then again I went to Office and ask the reason. They gave me an appointment with a date after 25 days. Then on that date I went to immigration and at the meeting room, they asked few question and it was finally approved. It was so hard but succeeded.

Due to unexpected time waste I had to get Visit visa extended two time after it was over six month. Then they asked me to book a ticket putting a date 30 days ahead. Again I went to 1st building and requested for 14 days. (Totally 1 and half months)
