traffic violation

how soon does the moi website get updated after a violation?
on matar qadeem signal today i crossed the traffic light when it was amber, but unfortunately my vehicle stopped after crossing the signal.
by the time i restarted the car and left the signal must have definitely turned red.
so im afraid that if the violation is detected by motion sensor i am 6000 QR poorer. although technically i did not violate the traffic rules,(i was past the signal in amber)

how soon are these violations updated on the system and is there someone i can appeal to to explain what happened

If you got stucked up after passing the zebra crossing (white lines), then it's OK, as the sensors are located very closer to zebra crossing.

Yet if you are penalised, then you can claim your sad story with traffic dept. (The camera is actually a video camera that records everything ;-)

according to rule must be uploaded from 2 to 24hrs.you can check there in madinat khalifa after it was posted on net.

If not posted means no violation.

And yes you have chance to explain, but as u said you already crossed means ,no fine hope so.
