for NOC
dear all, my wife and baby is here in Qatar. She is working in pvt company for the last 3 yrs under their sponsorship. now due to some reason she want to resign from that company, but they are not ready to give the NOC letter,and we are not even asked for visa transfer, my baby born and bought up here , so he have valid visa till 2014, is there any chance to get NOC letter legally,( thrugh Human Rights committe or any other option)
please advise me ,
