One of my Friends have recevied this offering letter from comapny called Al Qatar Drilling International Limited , however i cannot find any details, is ther any one who knows about this company or is it a another fake offer.

Dear Applicant,

This is an Affirmation that your Experiences and Qualifications where found successful after the screening for the fulfillment's / requirements of Al Qatar Drilling International Limited.

This document attached embodies the approved Terms for the purpose of this contract.

JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT:
All employees successfully screened and recruited for the Al Qatar Drilling International Limited (who are not presently possessing a valid State of Doha Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers) shall be expected to personally incur it with the directives given, Al Qatar Drilling International Limited have paid for all expenses as shall be related to the processing, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the Qatar Embassy Expatriate Department.
You shall be required to furnish us with your valid valid State of Doha Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers on or before the 29th of May , 2012 as a proof of readiness to join the Al Qatar Drilling International Limited team in the due time as stipulated above for your job resumption with the Al Qatar Drilling International Limited and also to enable you receive your first monthly salary including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for services with the Al Qatar Drilling International Limited.
However, for expatriate services employees who do not presently posses their valid State of Doha Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers, they are to contact with the address given below for directives and assistance on the acquisition and procurement of their State of Doha Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers with the Qatar Embassy Expatriate Department.
