We wants to open a new kids nursery here in qatar, can you please give the information that what are the requirements and what type of approvals we need to take.
1). Location and approval from ministry of Municipal affairs confirming that you can operate in that location.
2). Go to Ministry of Social Affairs get all applications from them.
3). Sponsor and Partner and Manager CID clearance
4). Bond of Qrs. 30,000..
5). Approval from Ministry of Civil Defense.
6). Once all this is complete invite Ministry of Social Affairs to visit your premises, Then they would give you a new list of requirements that you need to follow.. Once you have done all their requirements ask them to inspect your premises once again, if they are satisfied thy would give you an approval letter addressed to Commercial Registration Department.
7). Now you do your Commercial Registration process..
so you will see the LATEST requirements. Some requirements are updated like before, two storey structure are ok, now, for nursery they require only ground structure. Precisely need to check with them for CURRENT reuirements. Aside from SEC, you will also need to coordinate later with other government agency like the Municipality, Ashgal and/or Baladiya for the building or structure you will use, etc etc etc.
