Is Power rent a car in Bin Omran already closed?
We rented a vehicle in power rent a car last week for 2 days only, and when we gave them back the car they told us that my passport will be released after 3 days to check for any violations. we waited for 3days but no one's answering my call and the person that we've talked to, Mr. Jamal is out of reach already, and we've been there also 2times but the office was closed, does that mean the Power rent a car is officially closed already? how can i get my passport? do i need to report this to the police? pls help me on this, my passport is with them. thank you very much
Well what are you waiting for go to the cops and inform the reason. or check with the locals near the shop that were he lives and go the place he lives and ask him directly.
