ur friend violated art 42 no.3 : a worker shall not work for third parties for or without a wage.
his sponsor can therefore as of art 61: dismiss the worker without notice and without payment of the end of service gratuity. deportation can be waived also, if the employer file a complaint (law breach, maybe disclosing the secrets of the establishment, or causing gross financial loss to the employer,...)
