Accident at Work

Guys, I need your opinion with my current situation.
Currently I am working as an engineer in one of the engineering firm here in Qatar. Unfortunately, I met an accident at work which causes me to have medical leave for almost a month. After I recovered and I come back to work, I feel that everybody and everything change. I feel that the company don’t consider me as an asset anymore. Can the company terminate my service since that the accident that I am involve with is a work related accident? If incase they will terminate me, what are the benefits that I can take? What is the notice period?
