What's the saving potential in Qatar for an indian with a family of two?

I have got an offer from a Co. in Qatar with a salary of QR 13200 p.m. which includes family accomodation, annual airfare for self & family; 21 days gratuity is extra, a car and 30 days annual leave. If i dont opt for car i will be paid QR 1450. I presently get QR 1,12,000 or INR 1.4 million per annum in India. Please let me know:

i. How much will i be able to save since we dont have kids at the moment
ii. What kind of accomodation will it be since if i dont opt i will be paid QR 5500 for the same
iii. Hows the quality of life in qatar
iv. Can one switch jobs in qatar
v. How much will it cost for me and my wife per month for our living on an average since we r vegeterians

Will be very grateful if u could help me ASAP.
