Hi Guys

Just wanted to know how long normally it takes to get work visa? I got offer from company in Qatar and they have applied for work visa (Business Visa) so that I can come to Qatar and start employment with them.

Its been 1 weeks but have not heard anything, anyone know what is the time line? how long normally it takes?

yes dear I am UK citizen and aware off that these things takes long in Qatar but still want to know what is the usual / approximate time for expat?

time line for the business visa is 4 hours, if no complications... IF they have applied...

Oh, just noticed you are a UK citizen.. then it's about 2 hours..

They have not applied.. OR they applied, but forgot to check whether the visa is issued or not. Check with your company.
