Schooling a non-English speaking kid

Hi all,
I am new in Doha with my family. I have a 5year old son who should be going to a kindergarten but the problem is he speaks little English. I heard that most intl schools admit only English speaking kids. Is that true? I want him to learn English and go to an intl school (we dont have a community school in Qatar anyway) . That being the case, what are my alternatives (except Cedars as i read a lot of negative comments about them here).
Thanks a lot !

Hi vidanueva,

I can be of help if you decide to get a tutor for your son. Have years of experience teaching English to ESL students, LD (Learning Disabled)students and struggling readers. You can message me on prodanoff80/-a-t-/yahoo.com if you are interested.

Thank you Mandi.

I could teach him myself but i have one more child to look after and i do not have a maid/nanny yet. Besides i believe he can learn better in a group.

Anybody knows a place where they teach ESL to young children?

Start teaching him English or home-school him. You English is certainly very good.
