Exit Permit-Even the Company Registration Expired

Please help! My company registration is expired and i have to go vacation/exit on May 2012 (next month) in the country but my work visa validity will expire on July 2012(2months more) my questions are:

1)If my company issued me exit permit there's no problem in the airport immigration even my work visa validity is within 2months?
2) It is need in the airport immigration to show them my return ticket?
3) what do i need to avoid any problem in the airport immigration during my travel?

I think the company can apply emigration to open their computer card for one day(Their is a fee for it) and take exit permit which is valid for one week from the date of issue.You have to enter the country back within your visa expiry date.Please confirm with any of the services.

company cannot issue exit permit without having a valid CR and a trade license.
