Family visa Extension?
a friend of mind is on a family visa, and this is his 6th month, is there a way for him to extend it for another 6 months? his brother works for a government company so could he extend it? i wish he could stay more, your thoughts and answers are appreciated, thanks in advance.
Are you expecting a change in the visit visa rules for a Govt. Employee? If he has got big wasta it might be possible otherwise there is no way as mentioned by Galloper.
Extension after 6 months time???
For that your friend will need someone really in the high levels of government to do it (or at least to try) but needless to say it is "impossible".
As per authorities in immigration once the FVV reaches 6 months that's it...the person (or persons) MUST leave the country and wait at least three months so that a new FVV could be issued under their name.
