i and my wife are working in agood company we have not obtained marriage certificate, can indian embassy issue a certificate to be submitted for resident permit based on the passport, my wife name is added in my passport.
please help

You should get the Marriage Certificate from the Auhtorities in India which should be attested as per the rules. How did you add the name of your wife in your Passport without obtaining a Marriage Certificate?
