why i can't add classifieds?

i have a classified to put and i go to 'add classifieds' it shows me the rules for advertising. i don't know how to put job announcement. can somebody help me?

Go to My Menu - Add classified ad -and then u can make ur add

u r using wrong direction.go to menu which is appearing on top of the screen then add classifieds
